Official Western Letters are considered confidential documents. To order a Multiple Term Fees or Enrollment letter or a Pre-approved Special Letter follow the steps below. All other letters should be ordered through your Student Center.

Step 1: Pay online using this site. After you have submitted the payment you will receive an email with the PurplePay reference number that shows you have paid.

Step 2: Complete this Official Western Letter order form to tell us which letter you are looking to order a Multiple Term Fees letter or a Multiple Term Enrollment letter or a Pre-approved Special Letter and submit it to sletters@uwo.ca

Step 3: After you email us your request form, we will process the request in 4-5 business days (often sooner).
